Eligibility for Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the package arrives damaged, please record a 360° video of the package unboxing as a proof of damage, for our inspection.

If you find a defect on our product, please make sure the video shows the defect in a close up for our inspection.
All items are non-returnable. These include:

Products that have been opened or used.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@nutkit.co.in
2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Submit the video as per our specifications as a proof for our inspection.​
4. We will inspect the submission to validate the claim and on satisfaction ship a replacement.
